Standard package:

• 2 x 45 minute sets of live acoustic music

• Ideal to entertain your guests through the drinks reception or wedding breakfast

• Song selection can be lively and upbeat; or mellow and discreet, to suit your desired vibe, preferences and audience tastes

Additional 'add-ons':

​

• Live music before/during your ceremony - Including learning of up to 3 new songs (entrance song, register signing song and exit song)

• First dance - I will learn and perform a unique acoustic version of your chosen song

• Playlist - If you book me for multiple interlinking sections of your wedding spread over many hours, I will need a few breaks (I'm only human!). I can provide a suitable playlist for the breaks in live music.

• Evening entertainment - If you also want live acoustic music for your evening party, I can provide this!​​

PRICING

I know you will be eager to know how much this is going to cost you... However, I need to factor in other considerations, before providing a personalised quote. Factors such as:

​

• How far I have to travel to venue - Petrol costs and the travel time

• Accommodation - If the venue is more than 2.5 hours away from my home, I may have to stay over the night before (no one wants a musician arriving exhausted from 4 hours on the motorway!)

• Overall timings/length of the day - If I am required to be there very early to setup, or the wedding schedule requires many hours of waiting between sets, this is a longer working day for me

 

I pride myself on being affordable, and will always do what I can to find an option and budget that works for you.

 

Still reading? A few other things to consider...

 

​Don't be limited just by the standard package if you have a more specific vision... Wandering around the garden singing unplugged while the photographer does the group photos? Evening singalong around a campfire? I've done it all, even bingo calling. Just don't ask me to step in as bridesmaid, I look awful in a dress.

​

I can play different sets in multiple locations at your venue, indoors or outdoors (dependent on weather contingencies!).

​

I am always flexible and accommodating on the day and do not 'clock watch' to the minute (avoid any wedding entertainer who does this!). If things run over and I need to play a few more songs to keep the party going, that's fine! However, like anyone I do plan my day and my family commitments based on the timings as arranged, and will have a cut off point when I need to leave.

​

Regarding complimentary food/refreshments on the day, I have no strict rule on this, other than to say the offer is always gratefully received, and sadly I will have to turn down any offers of alcohol while singing as I do not drink on duty ;)

​

I am always happy to take additional song requests in advance of the day. If there are any I don't already know, I will learn them. The number of specially requested songs will be factored in to my prep time and reflected in your quote.

 

I am experienced in performing at weddings and 'reading the room' in terms of which songs to play in what order at any given time. I will of course take your direction on the desired mood, but it does not work well if I am confined to playing a whole set with every single song as instructed and ordered by someone else.

I offer unlimited consultation time for my wedding clients (phone, email, in person as required) to finalise details. We'll have lots more to talk about - and some boring but necessary procedural stuff such as my deposit/cancellation policy - but that all comes a bit later.
